Travel Startups Incubator® (TSI) Symposiums

Terms of the Service & Privacy Policy: By making a payment to TSI to attend a Symposium (an attendee), you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of the Service & Privacy Policy. The standard cancellation policy will apply to the Symposium attendance fee and or Sponsorship fee. For registration, larger travel companies are (Buyers) of new technologies and emerging travel technology companies startups are (Sellers) of technology. Investors (Invest) in travel technology startups.  

TSI Symposium Cancellations/Refunds: TSI will refund attendees if you cancel 30-days prior to the Symposium date. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30-days of the Symposium date. There are no refunds for no-shows.You are responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations if you do not attend the Event. If TSI cancels the Symposium, TSI, will refund paid attendees for registration fees paid as of the time of cancelation. No other refunds will be provided.  If the Symposium is postponed, TSI will provide you with a substitute attendance for the new Symposium. No refunds will be provided if the Symposium is postponed. For the avoidance of doubt, TSI is not liable to you or any third party for any other costs or damages, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or general resulting from postponement, cancellation, or termination (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodations). 

TSI Symposiums, 1-day events, help connect travel companies together (B2B) for piloting, licensing, investment and acquisitions. In addition to the 1-day Symposium we connect companies through phone calls, email introductions, in person meetings and Symposiums, promotion and marketing of companies through travelstartups.co our website property and email marketing to our TSI Insiders email database. 

TSI Symposiums include:

  • Attendance for your company at a TSI Symposium.
  • 1:1 Pre-scheduled Meetings
  • Introductions to travel companies that are members in the TSI Innovation Program for pilots, licensing, investment, acquisitions for up to 12-months after the Symposium.
  • Additional services in our Innovation Program. Services vary depending on fee option selected in the Symposium.

Payment:

We send digital invoices for payment to pay for the Symposiums. We use Stripe and Quickbooks. You can pay with a corporate credit card, ACH payment or wire transfer.

Company Information:

The company information we collect from you will be used to help promote and market the TSI Symposiums as well as facilitate introductions between companies. If any information or materials you wish to share with us are proprietary or confidential in nature then please refrain from sending this material to us.

Media & Marketing Intent:

We intend to promote and market you (attendee) and your company as participating in a TSI Symposium. We may do this by; placing your name, image and company logo on our website travelstartups.co, emails to our Travel Startups Insider’s List and mentioning you or your company through our social media channels like LinkedIn and Twitter. We also take pictures (images) and make short videos at the Symposium to be used for digital marketing purposes.   

TSI Business:

Our mission at Travel Startups Incubator, LLC, Travel Startups Incubator®, TSI, is to help inspire people to be great travel CEO’s, founders and entrepreneurs. We advise, fund, mentor and connect travel startups. We help larger travel companies innovate by bringing together startups with larger travel companies. We help investors connect with travel tech companies raising investment capital.

We own the Travel Startups Incubator® brand where we invest in travel startups. We operate the Traction Program, a 9-week fee-based advisory, mentoring, professional development and investment preparation incubation and accelerator program for travel startups. We operate the TSI Innovation Program where we match travel tech startups with corporates and investors for pilots, testing and commercial deals.

We run TSI Symposiums and meetings to bring together travel companies. We advise startups through TSI Advisory an annual program for a fee + equity. We publish authentic stories, give strategic advice based on first hand experience being entrepreneurs. Articles and blog posts are our personal insights, thoughts and experiences being travel entrepreneurs.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold TSI, its members, partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless against any and all third party claims or demands, actions, proceedings and suits and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses incurred by TSI regarding the TSI Symposium, TSI Innovation Program, due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to members violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No Guarantee of Results. You acknowledge and agree that TSI cannot and does not guarantee any level of commercial success for attendees through the TSI Symposiums, TSI Innovation Program. TSI makes no representation as to the commercial utility of its service. You shall be solely responsible to act for and to make decisions related to your business, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Representations and Warranties.

You and TSI both represent and warrant that each has full power and authority to enter into these Terms of Use, and by doing so is not in violation or breach of any other agreement or any applicable laws. Both parties also represent and warrant that any and all persons entering into these Terms of Use have the right and power to bind the Parties hereto.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law and will specifically not be governed by the UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS, IF OTHERWISE APPLICABLE.

Arbitration.

Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use between an attendee and TSI shall be resolved by an arbitration proceeding under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Privacy Policy:

TSI collects information including a Symposiums attendee name, job title, company, email address and company logo. We share this information with other companies in the TSI Symposiums and TSI Innovation Program and will use it to promote and market both programs publicly.

By paying the TSI Symposium fee you understand and agree that we are providing a Symposium event and digital platform for you to exchange professional and personal information between individual people and companies with the goal of conducting business between two or more parties.
